Always a pleasure.

I’ve stayed with travellers a few times but this is the first since the new changes and wow the small changes really make a difference! The entrance, the bell boy, drinks on arrival! Loved it

The room selected for us was hidden.

"I think the food could use some improvement. The jerk chicken wasn't seasoned properly, and the bruschetta bread wasn't toasted, so I didn't enjoy it."

Intimate, friendly hotel with good facilities

Great location, friendly staff. Beach location and pool.

Be nice to have a refill of tea or coffee at breakfast. My partner was offered a refill but I was charged for my second cup of hot chocolate

Good budget stay. Suited my needs since I spent most time exploring the Island.

Very good food at the restaraunt. Nice beach access and easy to walk down the strip

Facility is under construction and could use a few upgrades. For the price it is decent place to stay on a budget. If you want 5 star you will have to pay 5 star prices.

Perfectly located on the 7 miles beach you will stay literally less than a minute walking from this white sand beach. The restaurant’s terrace is amazing. I loved the gym and the game room, very helpful during raining season!! The pool looked good but honestly we didn’t need it at all.

The only thing that felt a bit uncomfortable was the size of the room, even if we upgraded to a better room, it was still small.

Very Good

The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly & helpful. So was the food excellent. Wifi was strong i could still pick it up from the beach.

Be wary of mosquitoes, so bring insect repellant if possible. The refrigerator was not stock you get the fridge to use.

Love some parts and some not so much

I like the fact that the workers work really fast to satisfy my needs and the place is very clean and lovely

Well the only problem I had was the tv I think it need a better cable it mostly sports channels and news.The restaurant need more on the menu your eating the same things every night just think it need a little more to it price was great

Travellers Beach Resort is a small slice of heaven - lovely facilities and great service!

The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The pool and beach areas were well maintained and lovely. The deck off the restaurant and bar was beautiful and relaxing. The service and food at the restaurant and bar were a bit hit and miss. Mostly good! We enjoyed the pool table in the lounge area and appreciated the water dispenser in the lobby. The Caribbean waters are fantastic! We upgraded our room halfway through our stay and the staff: Kimoy was extremely helpful during that transition. Our new deluxe room was beautiful and deluxe!!

Our first room was very small, very dark, and noisy. There was no place to keep toiletries in the bathroom and the shower took about 15 minutes to get warm and was a small trickle - bummer! Every day, they sprayed some kind of pesticide on the plants that smelled awful and toxic - very unpleasant!

I come to Travelers every four months and I can honestly say it’s a my home away from home..

Breakfast was good need more selections and they are very reasonable prices

Travelers is a very nice hotel. Needs some updates to the rooms but overall it’s still a nice stay and staff will make it as comfortable as they can. Front desk is very helpful and the cleaning and maintenance staff is nice and fast when you need something.

The best stay.

We were there to attend a wedding but stayed at Travellers as one of the choices. It was one of the best vacations I've had and we have traveled many places. I loved the hotel, the restaurant on site was excellent, the people were ever so nice, the rooms were clean, the staff and customer service outstanding. We couldn't have asked for a better time and place. and the beach right at the steps . We would definitely go back to this hotel as we felt like we had known the people for years. They were welcoming and kind and beautiful. for me 5 stars. it was homey and comfortable. AAAA+ Big shout out to Rodger, Ricky, Miss Pat, Glendora, Jody Ann, Megan. Rodger made the best drinks at the bar.

Well until we knew it was a problem. Hot water the first night but that was taken care of as soon as we mentioned it to the front desk.

Heartbreaking sunsets on the authentic beach of Negril

The hotel is a new/renovated property with a nice terrace where to have breakfast/lunch/dinner. The breakfast menu offers different options and the quality of the food was above average.

The hotel is located on the seafront but it`s a bit isolated from the main bars/restaurants of 7 Mile Beach - Good to rest and completely switch off tho.

Great value for money and great location.

Walking distance from downtown Negril, steps away from the beach and with a decent sized pool. The pool has a swim up bar but there was no bar service. We had a room with 2 beds and those are fairly hard to find. I had a medical emergency and the staff were very helpful, they let me call reverse charge to my insurance company and gave me tips for choosing a clinic. Our room gave access to a tiny porch with a table and chairs so we could chill just outside. We liked that it was a mixed clientele and not just foreigners. Also, awesome sunsets.

Can't think of anything, really. Maybe the bed could have been squishier.
